FusionLoop AI LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates Zentile at zentile.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.

We take your privacy seriously. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and a hashed password (or OAuth identity if you sign in with Google or GitHub). We may also store an optional display name and profile photo you provide.

Workspace data: We store the content you create in Zentile — workspaces, hubs, stacks, tiles, URLs, notes, and images — in order to provide the Service.

Usage data: We may collect anonymized information about how you use the Service, such as features used and actions taken, to improve the product. This data does not identify you personally.

Technical data: We collect standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and device information. This is used for security monitoring and debugging.

Payment data: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. We receive only a token and basic billing information from Stripe.

• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password resets, billing receipts)
• To respond to support requests
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not use your workspace data to train AI models or for advertising purposes.

Your data is stored in Supabase-managed PostgreSQL databases hosted on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the United States.

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit (TLS), Row-Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring each user can only access their own data, and regular security monitoring.

No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and storage infrastructure
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — hosting and deployment

Each of these providers is bound by data processing agreements and their own privacy policies.

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights and safety of FusionLoop AI LLC or others.

Zentile uses only essential cookies required for authentication (session tokens). We do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may prevent you from signing in.

When you use the Share Hub feature, a URL is generated containing a Base64-encoded representation of your hub's data. Anyone with this link can import a copy of that hub into their own Zentile account. Share links only include the data you choose to share — not your account information or other workspaces.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Portability: Export your workspace data using the built-in Export feature
• Objection: Object to certain types of data processing

To exercise these rights, contact us at legal@zentile.app. We will respond within 30 days.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

Anonymized, aggregated usage data may be retained indefinitely.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice in the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated policy constitutes acceptance.
