Who we are
Zentile is a product of FusionLoop AI LLC, based in Oakley, Idaho. When you use Zentile, we are the data controller responsible for your information. Questions: zentile@fusionloop.io
What we collect
Account data: Your email address and password (hashed) when you sign up. If you use Google sign-in, we receive your email and name from Google.
Content data: The tiles, stacks, hubs, and workspaces you create. This is your data — it lives in your account.
Usage data: We track when you last used the app (for plan enforcement and analytics). We do not track clicks, page views, or behavioral data.
Payment data: Billing is handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status. We never see or store your card number.
What we don't do

How we use your data
We use your data to: provide the Zentile service, send account-related emails (confirmation, billing receipts, password reset), enforce plan limits, and improve the product. That's it.
Third-party services
Zentile uses the following services to operate:
- SupabaseDatabase and authentication (EU and US regions)
- StripePayment processing
- ResendTransactional email delivery
- VercelHosting and CDN
Data retention
Your data stays in your account for as long as you use Zentile. If you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. You can export everything before deleting using the built-in Export tool.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email zentile@fusionloop.io and we'll respond within 5 business days. If you're in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR — same email, same response time.
Cookies
We use one session cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no third-party cookies.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify you by email. The date at the top of this page always reflects the last update.
