Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Zentile ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. Zentile is a product of FusionLoop AI LLC, based in Oakley, Idaho. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What Zentile Is

Zentile is a link and resource organizer. You create workspaces, organize tiles into stacks and hubs, and access them from any device. We store your data in the cloud.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be 13 or older to use Zentile. One person per account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Zentile offers a free tier and paid plans (Pro at $8/month, Max at $18/month). Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method each billing cycle.

You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then.

5. Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable. We don't offer refunds or credits for partial months, unused time, or plan downgrades. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Exception: if you experience a billing error on our end, email zentile@fusionloop.io within 7 days and we'll make it right.

6. Your Data

You own your data. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models. You can export your data anytime using the built-in Export tool. If you delete your account, your data is deleted within 30 days.

7. Acceptable Use

Don't use Zentile to store or share illegal content, spam, malware, or content that violates others' rights. We can terminate accounts that abuse the Service.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee it. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We're not liable for downtime or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FusionLoop AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you by email for material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
